Service Description
At North Dallas Swim School, our Level 1 Penguin class focuses on cultivating basic independent swimming skills and building confidence in young swimmers. Students will learn essential techniques such as streamline and flutter kick, alongside foundational safety skills like supported treading water. Our goal is to help each child swim 5–10 yards safely while fostering a love for the water in a professional and encouraging environment.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellation, or reimbursement of purchase made to North Dallas Swim School, 72 hour voice, or email notice is required of the request. Failure to request reimbursement before 72 hours, all monetary transactions with North Dallas Swim School will be forfeited by the consumer. Depending on the consumers financial institution, reimbursements may take up to 7 business days. Swim Class sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before class sessions start day. Missed individual swim classes may be replaced by a "make-up" day class of the same level during the session the student is currently enrolled in.
