Service Description
Puffins (Level Preschool 2) at North Dallas Swim School is designed for children ages 3–5, focusing on independent flotation and progressing towards their first short swims. In this program, young swimmers will master essential skills such as independent front and back floats for 5–7 seconds, streamline push-offs, and introductory doggie paddle techniques. Our dedicated instructors ensure a fun learning environment while emphasizing safety with practical skills like jumping in, turning, and grabbing the wall. Cancellation Policy
For cancellation, or reimbursement of purchase made to North Dallas Swim School, 72 hour voice, or email notice is required of the request. Failure to request reimbursement before 72 hours, all monetary transactions with North Dallas Swim School will be forfeited by the consumer. Depending on the consumers financial institution, reimbursements may take up to 7 business days. Swim Class sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before class sessions start day. Missed individual swim classes may be replaced by a "make-up" day class of the same level during the session the student is currently enrolled in.
